My Role

Values driven organizations often have the passion and ideas to lead their work but lack support behind the scenes to help things run smoothly. 

That’s where I step in. Whether your organization needs support scoping out and implementing a new CRM, managing a large project, or maintaining their website I can help.

  • Transitioning a small team from Microsoft to Google: I lead the entire process including managing an IT vendor, communicating changes with staff, and promptly addressing issues.

  • Project managing a full website redesign: I served two roles here: managing the relationship with the lead UX Designer and Developer and supporting with UX design and research for the new website.

  • Implementing a new CRM from scratch: I migrated an organization’s contacts from Mailchimp to a proper CRM, including creating mapping systems, automated workflows, and a starter newsletter template.

I believe that building relationships is the most important step in establishing the foundation for a successful project. That comes from deeply listening to teams to understand their pain points and find viable solutions.

  • My love of learning led me to gain a certificate in UX Design. I’ve worked on end-to-end projects and idea generation. I can also support your organization by updating and maintaining content on your preexisting website. My skills include:
